Sarah is the rector (the same as ‘vicar’) of All Saints’ Clayton West & St Augustine’s Scissett so has overall responsibility for these parishes. She has held this post since February 2018 together with being a clergy training officer in the Diocese of Leeds. Before this she worked in parishes in Huddersfield. She is married with two grown up children and one grandchild.

Evelyne began her ministry in Clayton West in March 2020 after previously serving in the Upper Holme Valley Team. She is a headteacher in a local school and a part time associate priest in Clayton West, Scissett and Skelmanthorpe. She is married with two grown up children.

Joyce has been a parish priest in this area for more than 20 years and is now assisting part time in the parishes of Clayton West, Scissett and Skelmanthorpe. She is also a member of the Church of England’s General Synod and is an Honorary Canon of Wakefield Cathedral. She lives in Scissett with her husband and has three grown up daughters and four grandchildren.
